Together, we create space to explore your story with compassion, helping you move toward greater self-understanding and healing. Being adopted can shape how we understand ourselves and our relationships in subtle and profound ways. I work with adopted adults to explore these experiences at your pace, honoring both what is known and what may feel hard to name. I was adopted as well. I also offer groups. |
